Important to Know
All clients will receive a free consultation by one of our providers, prior to receiving any type of service. During this consult, cost of services will also be discussed prior to treat, and clients will be responsible for cost of services rendered thereafter.
We believe that honesty and transparency are key when it comes to your health and well-being. With that, our providers have the medical knowledge base, legal obligation and right to withhold services and/or future visits if they deem the client unsuited for the procedure or unable to comply with the salon's policies/rules.
Beyond Beauty Health & Wellness has a zero tolerance policy for Verbal and/or physical abuse of any form. If clients/visitors are noted to perform such actions towards staff/clients/visitors, individuals will be removed from the property and unable to return permanently.
